This is one of the more well-known flea markets in Tokyo. Located mostly in the carpark of the Oi Racecourse, there's a galore of old, vintage cameras, second-hand clothing and bags, and quite a bit of street food (tables and chairs provided). There're also vendors selling new items, and lots of Japanese snacks.
With over 600 vendors here, it's definitely a must travelling out to Oi Racecourse for a walk. The cheapest/best buy I got here? A dress for a mere 50 yen (S$0.60, or USD$0.40).
